Coaching & Consultation Services
Individual coaching packages
3, 6 or 12 session packages available. Specific coaching packages will be determined based on health goals and by formal mutual agreement after a complimentary consultation. All packages include a Health Inventory Assessment.
Prices begin at $150 per package.
Maintenance coaching sessions
These additional sessions can be purchased as needed after a 3, 6 or 12 session package concludes.
Prices begin at $45 per session.
Group coaching
For individuals with similar goals under a specific health topic/area that may benefit from peer support and group accountability. Formal agreements are required from all members to participate and group size may be limited based on needs.
Minimum group size is 4, Maximum is 20. Prepaid fees are required.
